To a normal end-user, this might not seem that difficult because QuickBooks is portrayed and marketed as a user-friendly accounting environment that any business owner can tackle, but it’s actually not that simple

 QuickBooks has a lot of hidden features that are not easy to understand, let alone find.

To someone without an accounting degree or accounting certifications, QuickBooks can easily trip you up. There are still journal entries to record and adjustments that have to be made from time to time as an accountant, bookkeeper, or small business owner. QuickBooks will let you enter things incorrectly without giving you any error messages. It assumes you know what you are doing, but what if you don’t?
